Members now see a streamlined and updated signup, onboarding, and first visit scheduling experience. The insurance field is now a required field for completion.
Document Center
The Document Center in the patient portal allows members to both upload documents to share with their care team (medical records, imaging, etc) and receive/download documents sent to them by their care team.
Social sign-in with Apple
Vori members can now choose to link an Apple account for an easy and secure method of logging in to their Vori account.
Exercise Quick Start menu on the Home Screen
Vori members can now start a workout with one click from the Home Screen.
New Care Plan page
Vori members now see a new and improved Care Plan design, including faster and easier access to their Motion Guide workouts.
Communications preferences center
Users can now self-serve modify their subscriptions to all forms of Vori communications on the Profile page.
New Home Screen
Vori users will have a holistic, personalized home screen experience that matches where they are in their member journey and helps them get to know all of the features that make our platform special.
Option to receive one-time passcode by SMS
When logging in, users can now select whether they want to receive their one-time passcode by SMS or email.
New Motion Guide landing page
Our redesigned Motion Guide experience expands member access to exercise protocols and tracking tools.
Highlights include:
- The ability to support up to 4 separate exercise protocols
- Visualization of every protocol's score history
- A weekly progress tracker
1:1 clinical messaging
Vori patients now have the ability to message each of their Care Team members individually as well as in a group. This feature facilitates faster, more directed communication and allows more privacy in clinical conversations.
Appointment duration update
We have adjusted our appointment lengths from 20 and 40 minutes to 15 and 30 minutes to better align with patient needs and provider availability. This change is effective March 27, 2025.
A new virtual visit platform
Vori has transitioned its virtual visit platform from Zoom to Doxy.me. This change improves our ability to successfully serve more of our members with a smooth, easy virtual appointment experience. All of Vori's links will be updated to enable this change - no action is needed on the part of patients to make the transition.
Welcome Care Plan
All new members will now see a sample Care Plan populated with three exercises, three wellness tasks, and two educational articles that they can fully interact with before scheduling an appointment. This Welcome Care Plan will be replaced by the clinical team once the member has a visit. Welcome Care Plan will provide new members an opportunity to better understand the Vori patient experience before they book a visit.

Vori members now have access to an upgraded and expanded Care Plan experience. Your Care Team can now assign trackable exercises, wellness tasks, and education to support your health goals and keep you motivated. The Active Days counter shows the days when you have interacted with any component of your Care Plan.
