If your video visit was interrupted, check your internet connection or try closing and reopening the Vori app. Next, try rejoining the call by clicking the "Join Now" button on your dashboard or reminder email. If the issue isn't on your end, it may be on ours. If your Care Team can't rejoin, they’ll call you as soon as possible.

You also can easily cancel or reschedule your visits by signing into your Vori Health account. You can make any changes needed under “My Visits.”
